1927 Ford Model T Description

i am selling my 1926-1927 ford model T roadster hot rod, rat rod with a flathead V8. body is rough and rusty. deck lid is home made from the side of an old mild van (I have more of this milk van if you want to make more pieces like a hood). engine is a 1951 ford truck flathead V8 which runs good. no noises, leaks or smoke. new plugs, wires, points, hoses. rebuilt generator converted to 12 volts. rebuilt starter converted to 12 volts. transmission is a mid 1930's toploader 3 speed. works fine. frame / chassis is model A ford. torque tube and banjo rear are stock model A ford. brakes are model A ford mechanical brakes. I do NOT have a title for this car. sold with bill of sale only. starts up, drives, stops. front wheels are 28-29 model A ford 21". they hold air. rear wheels and tires are from a later model ford truck. just on there to get the car running and driving. seat is homemade. new door latches. Cling's clutch lever and pedal mount to allow for stock model A ford pedals to be mounted to later model toploader transmission. car is located in Wilmington, Delaware and is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early if it sells. neat car for the JALOPY SHOWDOWN or TROG. cool project. needs work but a good start. body is mounted on a deck of 3/4" marine grade plywood (between body and frame). thisreally stiffens up the chassis and makes for a solid ride similar to boxing the frame.call me with any questions. thanks - john #302-598-6771 - NO RESERVE !! buyer pays for and arranges all shipping. $500 Paypal deposit due within 48 hours of end of auction. please note that there is NO title with the car. I had to pick from one of the e-bay options and "none" was not an option.
