2004 Ford Focus 4 door Description

I drove the car yesterday up to 40 mph, started right up (needs a battery), drove well but probably needs twotires. There is a whining noise coming from the rear of the car and it needs brake work (stopped no problem but the brakes "pulsed"). No significant stains, no tears, wasn't smoked in/no smells. Body is good with just one small crack on a bumper (please see pics). This is a good little get around town car with a LOW RESERVE!
