1999 F350 Super Duty 7.3L Power Stroke Diesel

Very Clean & well maintained. Was my continuous project for many years as you will see from the upgrades and modifications list. Lots of horsepower & torque. Truck has 266,000 miles, however most everything has either been changed or rebuilt. I will list with current mileage per item:

• New engine – 100,000 miles

• Transmission Full Teardown & Rebuild with all parts upgraded & billet triple disk lock-up converter, upgraded 40,000 BTU Trans cooler, Mag Hytec 16 qt Trans Pan w/drain – 40,000 miles – Had chip retuned to all mechanical corrections of transmission and shift points adjusted

• Upgraded Turbo from .84 A/R to 1.00 A/R ball bearing turbo, non-waste gated – 5,000 miles

• Upgraded Injectors from 120cc split shot A/B to 160cc single shot injectors – 5,000 miles

• DP Tuner Chip – 7 tunes with Display, also Bully Dog interface for other engine functions

• Braided Fuel return lines on heads to eliminate dead heading & cavitation – common problem

• New Terminator 17 degree HPOP, HP Oil Lines w crossover, IPR valve –– 5,000 miles

• New Glow plugs, Glow plug relay & under valve cover wiring harnesses – 5,000 miles

• Banks Full SS 4” Exhaust, Banks Ram Air Intake

• New Intake Plenum Boots – 5,000 miles

• New Optima Red Top Batteries – 5,000 miles – 1 ½ years old

• All Universal Joints & new front driveshaft – 15,000 miles

• New Water pump, serpentine belt, thermostat & coolant sensor – 5 miles – Just changed

• Fresh Oil change & New coolant, Trans Fluid has 30,000, both differentials are at 40,000 miles for fluids, transfer case is at 75,000 miles for fluid.

• New Front Wheel Bearing Assemblies – Timken – 30,000 miles

• New Brake Rotors & Pads – 5 miles – just put them on

• 4” Lift, 17” x 35” Pro-comp Tires – 95% Tread, Braided SS Brake lines Front & Rear

• Ball Joints – 100,000 miles – never wears front tires at all

• Warn Locking Hubs – Factory hubs very weak – 60,000 miles

• Pillar Gauges – Boost, HPOP Pressure, Trans Temp

• New Interior Carpet – 2 yrs

• Custom Leather Upholstery w seat heaters – 2 yrs

• Wood grain interior accents, billet controls & Steering Wheel – 2 yrs

• Custom Stereo & Enclosures, subs – 3 yrs

• All lighting upgraded to LED both inside & out, Tinted Windows

• Aluminum Roll-up Bed Cover – Lockable
