1996 F250 Crew Cab 4x4 7.3 diesel
1996 Ford F-250 XLT Description
1996 F250 Crew Cab Short Bed. I replaced the bed because the original was starting to rust and it was easier to replace the entire thing. The bed is a dark green so I had it plasti dipped. It is easy to remove. I have not had it painted because the plasti dip protects the paint just fine, my round trip to work is 5 miles. 163k original miles. I swapped a dana 60 out of a 97 f350 because I put new tires and wheels on the truck and didn't want to ruin the tires with the twin I beam front end; all new ball joints, u joints, seals, tie rod ends, calipers, front break lines, front leaf springs, 2" leveling springs on the front, front rotors, axle bearings, new shoes on the back drums. E brake is not hooked up. 20" black fuel hostage 20x12 with Nitto Terra Grappler G2's with 5k miles. Original intake and exhaust, as far as I know, it was not owned by a kid who tuned it out. Has a small tune on it as of now, but nothing extreme, 80hp tow tune. I tow a sxs and my boat, no more than 100 miles round trip for towing. It's a good machine. Rhino lined rockers, solid truck. I can email more pics upon request. There was no such thing as a short bed f350 crew cab unless you changed the front axle to a solid, boom, here it is. The work is done. Thank you for your time.
If purchased for FULL asking price or close, I will have it professionally detailed before pick up (pictures of service and price to detail it).
To be clear, 11,000.00 will not be an "end the action early price" for the truck for me. It is a good running truck with no problems. I don't mind driving it. I priced it to have some room for someone to make an offer and we can go back and forth, then come to an agreement, therefore making a sale with a legitimate buyer. Now the window of making an offer is smaller because my "buy it now price" is lower, nearing my bottom line, so, less room to "counter offer". Please find a 7.3 crew cab, short bed 4x4, straight axle dana 60 with under 200k in this type of condition; 21 year old truck, 163,000 miles, which equals roughly 7,700 miles a year. Thank you for looking, have a great new year!
I reserve the right to sell locally and end auction early at any time.
