1996 Ford Mustang Description

REDUCED! MAKE ME AN OFFER!
Selling my beloved 1996 Mustang GT, serious inquiries only, please.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping, car will not leave my driveway without cash in hand or cleared PayPal payment. If you're looking to scam, look elsewhere.
This car has just become a classic. Ford only produced 4,769 Mustangs in Deep Violet in 1996, across all body styles and models, and still being in good condition, and still with the 2nd owner, it's a rare car.
This car has the 4.6L SOHC EFI V8 215hp motor, it's a GT and a 5-speed, the combination of which makes it rarer still. I bought this car in 2000 with just over 60k on it, replaced the odometer because it quit working at 175k, and have put roughly 3500 miles on it since then. Replacement odometer quit just before I parked it--I have a replacement spring/gear assembly from Amazon that is supposed to be easy to install. The majority of these miles are highway, and although it's sat for the past couple of months while I decided what to do with it, I am confident that I could go out there and start it right now and drive it across the country with no problems.
Engine and transmission are all original, I've replaced the odometer, clutch, intake manifold, fuel pump and rear brake assembly in the past 5 years. Other than those parts, it's only needed routine oil changes, brake pads and plugs and wires in its lifetime. Interior is grey cloth, one small rip in the lower left side of the driver's seat, and the shifter boot has recently come detached at the base in the Florida heat.
As mentioned above, it has sat for the past couple of months, so will need some routine maintenance prior to driving, but this car has a lot of good life left in it. Gas tank was full and oil recently changed when I parked it. Paint is in pretty good shape, it could use a polish, and there is one small rust spot beginning above the rear driver's side wheel well. Front driver's side quarter panel is pushed in slightly just before the door--discovered that lovely item coming out of the grocery store one day, but it's likely an easy fix, I just never bothered to do it. Paint is flaking off a couple of the rims, but this is an easy fix or replacement. For the asking price, I'll have it detailed prior to it changing hands.
This car is hard for me to part with, but I'm moving at the end of the month and will either have to store it or sell it, and I've held onto it for the wrong reasons for way too long anyway. Time for me to let it go.
Keep in mind, if you're thinking about buying this for your teenager, it's got a lot of power, so if they're into race-n-chase, get distracted easily, or have a lead foot, it might not be the best idea.
Price is $4000 or best cash offer. Clear title in hand. Not interested in trades.Cash or PayPal only -- Deposit of $500 due within 24 hours; full payment within 3 days.
Please contact for more info, I tried to be as detailed as possible. I want someone to love this car as much as I do.
