1940 Ford Deluxe Convertible Description

This is one of the finest 1940 Ford Deluxe Convertibles that I have ever seen or owned! It was left to a granddaughter by the builder. The pictures of the car speak for themselves but it looks better in person. The paint, the sheet meal fit, and interior are outstanding. The car has had a frame off restoration a few years back but I don't know exactly how long. The car looks to have been a very nice, low mileage, straight, rust free car to begin with. Everything works including the top! The car is still 6 volt, has single exhaust, and you can barely hear it run! I do not have the breather or the top boot. It is probably still at the estate where the car came from and long gone. The car is sold as is, where is. I would be happy to answer any questions about the car except the reserve! NOTE: For you perfectionist: It is not a completely original 1940 Ford Deluxe Convertible! It has a leatherette interior, and 1949 Ford door and window cranks! I personally like them both!
