1970 Ford F-250 Description

I have this 1970 F250 Ford pickup for sale. I bought it to build into 4x4 diesel but seems too nice to cut up. It has a 360 ci engine with manual 4spd trans, seems to run ok, both tanks work, body is straight with no rust, tires have good tread but are really old and need replaced before they come apart. It shows 16477miles but I'm sure the odometer has turned over at least once, has a/c and all the parts are there but belt is missing, probably needs to be fixed, power steering works good, brakes work ok but should be checked out due to truck setting for a few years. I have given all the information I can think of and will answer any question you may have..........I don't know how many MPG it gets.
