2006 Ford F-250 XL Description

2006 Ford F250 XL Super Duty Utility bed work truck. Overall this is a good truck. Purchased by my friend for his construction business. He purchased to assist with a job and now has chosen to go a different path on the company and this is no longer needed. It has a Fortaine service bed on it with manual lock set up (no keys to lose). Inside the service bed, basically rust free though surface rust on the exterior bed. Inside the closet doors all is good. In the bed it has PTO connections as well at a 2ton adjustable econo crane. NOTE: the remote to the crane has been misplaced and NOT included. Owner tested it within the last month and it is operational.
Inside, the truck is equipped with most of the basic creature comforts such as A/C, cruise control, power windows, power locks, power mirrors. New seat covers recently installed. Clean inside and everything appears to be working.
Outside the truck, all body panels are free of rust and lights all work. Does also have dual Whelen traffic advisor light bars with dual controls that also with built in flashers in the headlights and tail lights. There are small scratches, dings, etc on the body, but nothing major. Its not pristine, but very useable work truck.
Mechanically, all accessories work except the remote for the crane as mentioned. The A/C is cold, cruise works, radio works, lights, etc. No check engine lights. Starts right up cold or hot. Batteries are not new but recent, tires in good shape. PO states turbos were rebuilt within last 10k, but no documentation. Based on how strong it pulls, I suspect this to be accurate.
