Up for sale is my baby. A weekend only driven 2009 F-250 crew cab short bed 4wd Lariat diesel. I am meticulous and searched for a higher mileage but super clean truck for 7 months until I found this truck and drove 300 miles for it! I am the second owner,first owner was almost 70 years old, he had another property which he hunted on several states away,he purchased this truck to pull a camper to stay in while on his property but never bought a camper. He had the selling dealer install a Reese fifth wheel hitch in the bed but it was never used. When I bought the truck the hitch was laying next to the truck in the garage and had no grease or no scratches on it,it had never even been hooked to a trailer. He carpeted the bed and put a soft tonneau cover on it,if you pull the carpet up the bed is factory new and perfect. I was shown all the maintenance records when I bought it,the original owner lived close to the dealer and they did all the service work on it and I mean everything from oil change,trans service, brakes,belts,tires,batteries etc. He was changing the oil and fuel filters every 3500 to 4000 miles! The paint on the truck shines like new and is waxed frequently,the interior is super clean and has had obvious care including the drivers seat which is usually trashed on a higher mileage truck. Only signs of wear in the interior is the steering wheel which is normal from where you leave your hands while driving. I am a diesel mechanic by trade so I care about and take pride in my vehicles drivetrain and looks. It runs and drives as good as it looks. No leaks. 60-70 % rubber. I have added Harley Davidson style headlights,smoked turn signals in mirrors,torque bars to prevent axle wrap which ruins transmissions. This truck also has had the known problem parts removed from the engine like EGR and the DPF for added reliability. I just moved and the truck will not fit in my garage which kills me.
