2006 Ford Escape XLT Description

Is running rough, but it will run and I drove it home 100 miles. Tires are new, brakes are good and everything still works, including the A/C. It has amoon roofand a 6-disc CD changer. The checkenginelight is on. The coilpacks have been replaced as well as the plugs. Local Ford dealer says it needs a computer. I sent this computer off for repair and after re-install it still has a miss. Have replaced the crank shaft sensor as well as the cam shaft sensor. It may have skipped time. There is a crack in the windshield and a bad spot on the center console where the foam pad underneath is peaking through. Any other questions, please let me know.
