1973 Ford Bronco Base Description

Up for auction is a 1973 Ford Bronco Explorer with the original 302 motor and C-4 automatic transmission and J-pattern transfer case. It is equipped with power steering and all new power disc brakes. It has the original front and rear seats. The bronco runs and drives well. It has a nice set of P buckshot mudders. The body has damage and some rust here and there but overall it is a very workable bronco ready to have its restoration completed. It has fresh oil and filter change along with all new hoses, new water pump, new aluminum radiator from Tom's Bronco Parts, new fan shroud, new thermostat and thermostat housing, and new belts. The transmission shifts great and has had the fluid and filter changed within the last 50 miles. The bronco has a completely rebuilt front end and has had power disc brakes added using all ford parts. It has all new bearings and seals throughout along with new disc brake hub and rotor assemblies, new calipers and pads, new warn locking hubs, new brake lines and hoses, new adjustable drag link, and new steering damper. The bronco has a new "no-modify" power brake booster, bracket, master cylinder, and disc/drum proportioning valve from Tom's bronco parts. The power steering sector has been rebuilt. The rear end has also been completely rebuilt with all new bearings and seals and new wheel cylinders, all new brake hardware and adjusters, new shoes, new lines and hoses, and new drums. The brake system is completely new from front to back. It has brand new drive shafts front and back. The fuel system is all new as well. New rear tank and sending unit along with new auxiliary tank and sending unit. The bronco has some rust in the rockers, in the front floor pans, front fenders, and right behind the front seats. The hood has been bent. Lights and blinkers work. Horn works. It will need new shocks but can be driven as is. This is a great start on an excellent restoration project that can be driven. Please ask any and all questions before bidding. Thanks for looking and good luck!!
