Up for sale is nice 2005 Ford Escape "Limited" with 192,000 one owner miles. Has above average Carfax and AutoCheck reports that show one owner and accident free history. This Escape has been very well taken care of so please do not let the miles scare you! It's finished in a charcoal metallic paint with a black leather interior. This is the top of the line Escape "Limited" so it comes with all the options. Overall this Escape is in nice shape for having 192,000 miles. I'm sure you will not find a nicer Escape out there with this type of mileage. Paint and body are in great shape with no body damage or any signs of paint work or accidents. Paint still shines great with no fading. The only thing you will find is your normal wear and tear from everyday driving; minor dings and scratches. Wheels and tires are in good shape. Tires might have about 50% thread life left. The front left tire has a small crack/gouge in it which doesn't affect anything and is very minor just wanted to be honest. Wheels are in great shape with minor wear. All glass is in excellent shape with no cracks or chips. Interior is finished in a black leather that's in great shape. No rips or tears in the leather seats. The leather is actually in better shape than you would think. Carpet is nice and clean with really the only wear being on the drivers side floor mat. Door panels are in nice shape with some wear on the leather door panel inserts where the glue holding the leather is coming undone which is also very minor and I should have fixed before sale. You can kinda see what I'm talking about in the picture of the drivers side door panel. Rear cargo area is clean and has the spare, jack and all accessories looking to be unused. All power options work great and the stereo sounds great. AC blows nice and cold and the heat works great. Comes with 2 sets of keys with both keyless entry keyfobs. The 3.0L V6 motor starts right up and sounds great. Transmission shifts great. No leaks. No check engine lights on. The only lights that comes up on on the information center are the "service brakes" indicator and the "service 4WD" indicator. I had everything checked out and there's no issues with the brakes or 4WD. I was told by the Ford dealership that these indicators show up on the information center at certain mileage intervals. To have them removed from the information center they have to be reset with a scanner or by Ford. These are just service lights not warning lights, kinda like when your information center says it's time to change your oil. Honestly just a way for the dealership to make money. Really no mechanical issues that I can see. Definitely runs better than any other Escape with 192,000 miles.If your looking for a nice Escape at a great price than I would look no further.
