Description:
The Customline became Ford Motors mid-market entry, and it featured a more modern style. wraparound windshield, curved rear glass, a modified grille, and more ornamentation to break up the earlier "Shoebox" Ford's slab sides gave the CustomLine a fresh look.
This car has the optional 239-cid engine using a two-barrel carburetor, with this choice lending 110 HP to the driver. A three-speed manual transmission was standard. The base price for a Customline in 1952 was in the neighborhood of $1,700.
I have personally replaced master break cylinder, gas tank, and many many other things on the car during a partial restoration. I have too many other projects so have to get rid of it. RUNS GREAT and looking for a caring new owner.
Features Include:
AM Push Button Radio
Heater/Defroster
Clock
Directional Signals
The finish, BLACK PAINT looks original, with the right patina, A few areas show primer from being waxed too many times, original chrome and appears to have original interior with clear plastic slip covers over the front and rear seats.
Super nice original dash gauges as they did in 1953 along with AM push button radio.
