2006 Ford F-250 XLT Description

I'm selling a 2006 Ford F-250 Super Duty XLT 4X4 Extended Cab. This truck runs very well and comes loaded with a ton of features such as remote start, 4x4, bed liner, tow package, and tonneau cover. It's a 5.4L V8 that runs well. It has good tires with a lot of tread remaining, fender flares, and a custom Plasti Dip fender paint job. I'm only selling it because I no longer have a use for the towing/hauling capabilities and would like to save a bit on gas. It has higher mileage (279k) but really doesn't run like it at all.
Known issues: It previously had a check engine light on (with an EVAP code). I cleaned out the EVAPcanisterfilter two weeks ago and the light hasn't come back on (it would previously come on immediately after starting). No other dash warning lights are on. It is a little slow to fill with gas, which I understand is related to the EVAP canister. The passenger's side extended cab door (not the regular door) does not open. I believe it's a latch, which isn't very expensive, but beyond my ability to repair. There is rust near the base of this truck in certain areas, mainly on the driver's side. It was parked on the street and would get hit with water, so it caused some rust damage on the driver's side. For the most part, there is very little visible rust as the fender flares and custom Plasti Dip fender paint job cover it. So, in all the truck looks pretty nice.
