2005 Ford F-250 King Ranch Description

Selling my Cummins swapped King Ranch F250. It is a fully loaded King Ranch, short bed, crew cab, 4x4, with navigation, power sliding rear window, power sun roof, touch screen Android platform head unit, integrated trailer brake controller, up fitter switches, sprayed in bed liner, tinted windows, vent shades, 20" King Ranch wheels with Michelin LTX tires. The truck is a 2005 model with 142,xxx original miles.
The engine is a 1996 model 5.9 liter, 12v, 7100, P-pumped, 6BTA Cummins Industrial series that came out of a 1996 bus. The Industrial series engine is very similar to what comes in a Dodge pickup, with a few key upgrades from Cummins, rear water port on head, larger injector and pump profile. The engine and truck are within 5,000 miles of having the same mileage. The engine is being controlled by the factory PCM, all the gauges work, and there are no check engine lights. Before being installed in truck, head was pulled, bores inspected, and all new gaskets and seals and water pump installed. The killer dowel pin was fixed, 60lb valve springs installed, 4K GSK spring kit, custom ground fuel plate, 4" MBRP exhaust. It has a Holset HE351VE VGT Turbo off of a 6.7 Cummins- retains it's VGT functionality and is controlled by the factory pcm. Custom 3" hard piping with silicone couplers from the turbo outlet all the way to the cylinder head- the stock restrictive intake elbow was removed. Cummins fleet guard air filter (BHAF). Also has a separate 2 micron bypass oil filter setup.
The fuel system is a frame mounted 2001 F250 diesel pump- the troublesome Ford HFCM has been eliminated. It has a large canister style screw on fuel filter that uses common diesel filters. The Cummins mechanical lift pump has been removed from the side of the block and there is a pressure regulator on the outlet of the injection pump. This setup keeps the injection pump supplied with a steady 50psi of fuel pressure- makes easy and quick starts. Cold weather start assistance is handled by thermostat heater.
The transmission is the stock Ford 5R110W. It has a Revmax stage 5 billet torque converter with a low stall speed to match the Cummins. The transmission is controlled by the stock pcm, all transmission wiring is stock and untouched. Shift points and torque converter lockup were reprogrammed to match the low stall speed of the Cummins. It also has an '08 pan and filter upgrade for better cooling and filtration. Also has an '08 finned aluminum diff cover.
Truck has a custom 1 piece rear drive shaft and lengthened front driveshaft to accommodate the new engine. It's been over 20,000 trouble free miles since the conversion. Truck is 100% leak free. New steering box, AC condenser, new AC o-rings throughout system. Transmission and transfer case were both flushed with Ford synthetic fluid. Front and rear diff both got new Mobil 1 diff oil. The engine uses all of the 6.0 accessories for PS, alternator, and AC compressor. Brake job all the way around less than 1,000 miles ago.Truck has a brand new paint job with warranty. Just had oil changed, Rotella 15w40.
Truck does have a salvage title: it was body damage only, frame was untouched. I had no trouble getting it insured and title transferred in GA. I also had no trouble getting financing on it at my local bank. Can't speak for other states or banks, but I had no trouble whatsoever. It has passed state inspection in GA and SC.
Serious prospective buyers may call or text me any questions you may have: 912-690-0305. I can also send more pictures of the truck -eBay limits this listing to 24.
