2000 Ford F-350 XLT Supercab
Superduty 7.3L V8 Turbo Diesel
Automatic, electric 4WD, manual locking front hubs
Very low 135k miles
Long bed option with frame mount tow package
After having this truck for the past couple years, I just don't find myself using it anymore for what I bought it for and am replacing it with a smaller truck. I have towed vehicles all over the Southeast with it and have never had a single problem with it. It has a combo 4/7 pin trailer connection at the rear and trailer brake controller mounted below the dash. I replaced the radio for a handsfree, bluetooth MP3/USB unit as well as all speakers with a 4 channel amplifier (gotta stay awake on long trips). There's also a single enclosed, powered subwoofer under the rear seat that you are welcome to have if you want. Regular oil changes done every 5k miles with Motorcraft filter. Early last year, I replaced shocks and brake lines all around, rear brakes, and new E-rated tires. Did the fuel filter before Christmas as well. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this truck clear across the country.
The transmission doesn't slip at all regardless of load, then again I've never towed more than about 8k lbs with it. It starts up quickly every time and idles perfect. The A/C is ice cold and the heater is as hot as you'd want it to get. It's from New Hampshire originally, so the bed/tailgate are rusty as well as portions of the cab bottom. Nothing affecting the frame whatsoever and there are no intrusions to the interior. Just a typical Northern truck. Pictures show the extent of it, nothing more than that. Oil pan gasket is wet around the sides and left a couple drops on the ground. Oil level still shows full though. I currently only drive the truck about 500 miles a month, if that.
I have posted the truck for sale locally and I reserve the right to cancel the auction at anytime. I have a clean, clear FL title in my name. There is no warranty offered, expressed, or implied. I welcome inquiries, physical/mechanic inspections, and do not accept returns. Local cash transactions will take precedence over any online dealings for obvious reasons.
Thanks for looking!
