up for auction is a 1967 Ford Mustang S-code CALIFORNIA car ( San Jose) with factory A/C, and factory brushed aluminum deluxe interoir.The car was a one owner that sat covered since 1979. The original motor was a hi-Po 289. That was tossed by the original motor as he blew it up. It had a worn out 302 and I junked that block. it had a C4 with a shift kit, but I'd go thru the trans again. The rear end is a 8" with 3:00 gearing. There is ZERO rust on this car. The undercarriage looks amazing! No dents or damage to the underside. Car need mild body work on the rear quarters. Good has a hole cut into it from the previous owner as he ran a tunnel ram.... Fuel tank removed and junked as it had a big dent in it. Has brand new 17" z-rated performance tires and new cragar 17x 8 fronts and 17x9 rears. $1250.00Has brand new bumpers, new front upper and lower valance. New front marker and rear back up lights and housings, new tail light rings, new door mirror, new rear glass and gasket, fully dynamat red floorboards and ceiling, new mass backed carpet, new B&M mega shifter, new grant 500, 13.5" steering wheel with billet adapter. New shorty turn signal Rm, color correct painted dash, new Dash Pro dash pad (best I could find), new instrument system and lenses, new billet handbrake pull, new gas and brake pedals, new stainless door sill plates, new color correct (dark red) windlace, new rear seat divider, new headliner, new deluxe door panels, refinished overhead console, new brushed aluminum package for the entire dash, custom Joes Race ignition switch controls and emergency battery kill switch built into the right side of the dash. New autometer 5" tach with recall and shift light. new window cranks and door levers and wafers and springs, panel clips, etc...., new screws through out. New weatherstripping and channeling, new mirror support, new visor arms and brackets, new trip of VDO racing gauges and custom pod mount that is located wher the factory radio was. New emblems, and more,more, more....Seats were shot, we stripped the, down to the springs and padding. They are ready to re-upholster. And have the badges pressed into the seat there's several thousand recently invested in this car, not to mention the value that the car already retain, aside from all of the new goodies.This is an S-code car.
