1965 Ford Ranchero Description

After 32 year ownership, I was lucky enough to buy this gorgeous 1965 Ford Falcon Ranchero Deluxe from the previous owner in March 2015.
I have known the previous owner since I was 11 years old and have always known and admired this Ranchero since I was a kid. He bought it in 1983 in it'soriginalHoney Gold Color. It was delivered new to San Jose,CA and has always been in either San Jose, Gilroy and Hollister.
The Ranchero underwent a complete de-trim and custom paint restoration in the mid-90's...it has always been garaged and the paint is in great condition. The previous owner preferred the look of the 1964 grill.
The original 289 engine was rebuilt in 2007 and new C4 transmission installed at that time. 139koriginalmiles in total on the Ranchero.
I bought it in March 2015 and had it shipped up to Beaverton. I installed new torque thrust style rims and BF Goodrich tires in April 2015. And spent $3700 with Aldridge Motorsports & Engineering for completely new fuel system in July 2015. New fuel tank, new intake manifold, new 4-barrel carburetor, and all of the lines, fittings and tuning for that entire fuel system.

It won People's Choice award last summer for Favorite Truck at a local show.
I've done everything I want to do with the Ranchero and the only reason I am selling is that I can only have one fun car at a time and I miss having a manual transmission car.
It runs and drives excellent. The manual drum brakes, brake evenly and do not pull to one side. And you can drive it at 65-70mph all day long with your thumb and index finger on the wheel.
Please see the photos and receipt for Aldridge Motorsports. These were taken last summer and the Ranchero is in exactly the same condition. It's always garaged and only comes out on sunny dry days.
Clean clear Oregon Title in my name.
The heater, horn and radio are not currently hooked up...it does not have A/C.
Please let me know what questions you have through eBay and if you’d like to talk on phone please provide your phone number and I will call you back within the day.I can send more photos if you message me through eBay and send me your email address.
Shipping is not included in this listing. If you use a shipper, I can help you, by meeting the truck at a convenient location and take many photographs of the Ranchero being loaded into the truck to document condition.
The Ranchero is being sold where is and as-is...There is absolutely no warranty expressed or implied.
$500 non-refundable deposit via PayPal is required within 24 hours of auction end. And then 7 business days to complete the remainder of the winning bid purchase price in cash or bank check. I will not release the Ranchero until the bank check clears.
Good Luck Bidding!
