1964 Ford Thunderbird Hardtop Description
This is the story. (last names withheld for privacy). (Within last 3 months)
On 11-20-63 this T-Bird was bought new at Kissee Motors (Ford Dealer) in Miami Oklahoma by First State Bank of Commerce, Oklahoma, for the Bank President. One year later 11-30-1964 the T-Bird then sold to A.C. and Lorene of Tulsa Oklahoma, who owned it until January 31 2002. When A.C. passed away, Lorene sold the car to Comet Motors of Tulsa Oklahoma. The owner of Comet motors kept the car in his collection until 4-13-2009 when he sold it to Robert and Shirley. They kept the car until I purchased it January 2016 due to Roberts' failing health.
When I purchased the car it had been sitting the their garage for 5 years. Shirley said they parked it after Robert broke his hip and was unable to drive it any longer.
