2006 Ford Ranger XLT Description

One of the most reliable trucks under 10,000. Great truck. Last of the rangers. Clean emission and great gas mileage at 22 mpg. 4 cylinder manual XLT extended cab. Smooth on the highway and handles great. Dealer I bought it from put new suspension on it and cobra wheels.

Interior

Interior is near perfect. There are a few minor stains on the driver seat. They are small grayish dots but you can't see them in the photos. Could probably be removed with some seat shampoo and elbow grease. Other than that there are no issues. Seats and carpets look great. Original floor mats look great (think there is a pebble in one of the pics).

Exterior

Exterior is also in great condition. There are some minor surface scratches but it's in fantastic condition for a truck with 89000 miles. Minor scratches are on the quarter panels, near the key on the driver door, and on the tailgate. Minor dent on the rear bumper.

Mechanical Condition

Truck runs very well. Always had the oil changed on time. Had the fuel pump, roll over switch, and battery replaced under my ownership. Recalls up to date. New racing suspension put in just before I bought so it's a little more firm on the road which translates to it being very smooth and responsive on the highway. Has mustang cobra wheels! The wheel are a little wider than stock so if you turn them all the way there is a rubbing sound but it's not a big deal if you don't cut the wheel all the way.

History

Originally bought the truck in Texas and drove it to California. I know it has had at least one other owner. Not sure about any others. Hasn't give me any problems. Replaced the roll over switch, fuel pump (misdiagnosed cause of the roll over switch), regular oil changes, brake pads done at 77k, air bags and wiper motors (regreased?) because of recall.
