2001 Ford Expedition XLT Description

2001 Ford Expedition XLT AWD/4x45.4L V8 Gasoline
It has new coil on plugs, spark plugs, and exhaust system (including both exhausts heads, LS, RS)Starts and Runs, AWD system works. A/C and heat works. No leaks nor oil/coolant loss. It is drivable once theengine reaches operating temperature. This was going to be a rebuild project, but I don't have to time to fix it.
The PCM is currently displaying a check engine light with codes P1131 and P1151 which refers to the Oxygen sensor Bank #1 and Oxygen Sensor Bank #2 running lean.
O2 sensors appear to be working.The codes might be due to a vacuum leak.
