1953 ford f100 shortbed

1953 Ford F-100 Description

Thought this would make one of the neatest shop truck/farm truck rides that you could find! The body is actually straight with minimum rust it is one of the most solidest F100's I've seen in a while. The motor and tranny are missing so you can put your own in. The glass needs replaced it is cracked up. The fenders,and doors look great, the only thing I notice is where they all rust out down on the lower cab corners and lower rear front fenders where the running boards connect but you cant see it when the boards are bolted up it hides it. The tailgate is very nice and straight which are hard to find on a 64 year old truck and the running boards look nice.. The odometer shows 71,013 and the floor boards look great as well. The front clip looks great. Its got 3 coats of clear sprayed on it and looks way better in person then these pictures. Someone will probably buy it and put it in front of a waterfall and big house and relist it to get more money! I thought it was cool to have a visor on it and I built a metal frame inside the bed and added treated wood and stained and cleared it. The hood hinges are stiff I would buy new ones. There is a heater in the inside that might still work and the dash and gauges look nice. Some leif springs were removed to lower it but can be added easy. This truck had been sitting for a while but with your powertrain in it and some brake work and etc it would be a cool rig.The patina paint job is beautiful it is a light blue with a grey and other colors that look sharp and it shines in the sun like a new car. Overall this will make someone a awesome daily driver,hotrod,junking truck to go get antiques,shoptruck or whatever it is you might want it for its got the look everyone wants and will be a awesome ride to enjoy or use for a tax right off for your business.
