2001 Ford Taurus SES (Sport Wagon) Description

2001 Ford Taurus SES (Sport Edition) Station Wagon. Power everything. Loaded, clean, inspected and ready to drive coast to coast if necessary. Fresh PA State safety inspected and Emissions. 121500 original miles. (That calculates to around 7600 miles per year.) Miles will change some since it is my daily driver. Clear PA title in my name. This car has the top of the line Duratec 3.0 V6 double overhead cam engine and an overdrive automatic. Very reliable. Very powerful but also very economical. I consistently get 20/23 MPG around town running regular unleaded fuel! There are NO dash lights on. This engine has a timing chain so no worries about timing belt troubles. I've owned it for years and always changed oil and filter at 3000 mile intervals. All power accessories work as they should (windows doors locks etc). Only thing of mention is the A/C blows warm. Compressor runs fine but even with a chargeshe still blows warm in the summer. BTW ithas awesome heat.Just did brake work for last inspection. New pads and new rear rotors were installed. Car has four matching barely worn radial tires on factory alloy wheels with no curb rash.The paint shines. The interior is very clean. Non smoker. All glass is clear. The windshield is not all pitted and sand blasted as some older cars are. It is nice and clear. The body has one rust spot above the right rear tire. It was there when I bought the car years ago and has basically remained unchanged. Rather than Bondo and spray it I'd rather you see it as is and make your decisions accordingly.Please look at all the pics and please ask questions before bidding. Car is sold as is/where is. Sunday 2/19/17.....I forgot to mention that the car has heated side mirrors and a roof rack. Someone who came to look at the car today commented that the pics of the car (especially the interior) do not do the car justice. The interior is awesome for a 2001. No smoke, no tears, just some minor wear on the driver's seat. If anyone wants a close up of the rust spot that I mentioned that is above the right rear tire please contact me. I will send you a pic.
