1970 F100 4x4

1970 Ford F-100 Description

You are bidding on an extremely nice 1970 F100 4x4 that has had a complete body off restoration. As you can see from the pics it will need final assembly. I'm currently unable to complete the restoration due to a neck injury. There are not many trucks that are restored to this condition. Full frame off resto on a NO RUST body. I know you have heard that before but in this case it is true....there was never any rust on any part of this truck. It is finished in base clear Rangoon Red with black dash and seat. The truck was extremely complete before the resto was started and includes original engine data tag on the block as well as on the rear end. All original heat shields, and air cleaner pretty hard to find on a truck. The engine is a 360 v8 backed by a 4speed transmission. The exhaust is new as well and is made to original specs. The frame was soda blasted primed and painted with single stage black gloss paint. The underside of the cab and bed were also blasted and painted in the original red oxide primer. Although not in the pics I do have the fenders, hood, inner fenders and core support. The fenders and hood are painted to match the body. Inners fenders and core support are unpainted as I was not sure if I wanted them gloss or semi-gloss. The only items on the truck that are not stock are the 4" skyjacker lift ( now has a stance similar to the highboys of this year) and the new tires and wheels. I have kept this truck the past couple of years in the hopes of finishing it but have now realized that I will not get it done. I would like to see someone get it back on the road and enjoy it The truck comes with everything to finish with the exception of new glass and a headliner.
