This is a rare 2013 Ford Taurus Police Interceptor model AWD. This Interceptor has only 78k on the odometer. This Navy Blue Interceptor has a very aggressive look and comes equipped with an LED spotlight, red/white dome light, two trunk lights with a on/off switch inside the trunk, two charging docks, power windows, power side mirrors, power door locks, power driver seat, automatic transmission, leather rear seat, tinted windows, bulletproof doors, enhancements to the brakes, suspension, and electrical and cooling systems.The braking system gets new rotors and calipers for an improvement of 60 percent in swept area, the Taurus can now take on eight-inch curbs at 40 mph. Myriad electrical improvements begin with a 220-amp alternator (about 40 percent higher than an average sedan of this size) Engine cooling is improved through the addition of a radiator with about two times the cooling capacity of the average full-sized sedans.
This was the vehicle of a local police department driven only by supervisors within the small town and never even got onto a main highway or any city traffic. This vehicle has NEVER been in an accident. It has some minor scratches and scuff marks typical of a used police cruiser. There are pictures available of the small scratches upon request. The vehicle maintenance was impeccable and every part that had any problems just got replaced by a brand new part. Even the battery was recently replaced on 9/2016.
