1966 Ford Mustang "A" Code 289 4v Description

1966 Mustang Coupe
A-Code 289 4v And C/4 Automatic
You really have to see this car in person to appreciate the finish & shine of the paint. It's almost always the first thing people comment on when seeing this car. The restoration is about a year old and still looks really good. There are a couple of small blemishes, paint chips that I brush touched mainly on the lower front valance from stone or road debris. It's not noticeable if you didn't know where to look. I had a nice set of 17" chrome wheels on it with 215/45/17 front and 235/45/17 rear. I'm using them for my Mach1 so you may want to get a new set of wheels and tires. The set I put on it are ok but don't really do justice for the car. This is a Numbers Matching "A" Code which came with a 289 four barrel & C/4 Automatic transmission. The engine & Trans were rebuilt during restoration. The engine was bored .030 over and a mild performance cam added. The factory four barrel intake and carb were replaced with Edlebrock for added horsepower. It always starts right up with no hesitation or stumble. It's a good running, driving car!Pre-purchase inspections are welcome and encouraged. All inspections have to be done prior to the auction ending and I can be reached on my cell phone 843-321-2802 anytime if you want to schedule an inspection. If it's not practical to come in person there are reliable third party services that will perform an inspection for you and they typically respond within 24 hours. I do have a clear title on hand. I will be adding a link below for the video of it running.
