1966 Ford F100 Custom Cab long bed. Original 352v8 and original 3 speed manual, Wimbledon White over Acadian Blue. I have had this truck for 3 years and it has been a great truck, just time to sell it and save the garage space.
Fires right up, runs strong. Makes good oil pressure and has never overheated. Runs and drives well, brake lines were replaced prior to me getting the truck so it stops great too. Newer BF Goodrich Radial T/A's on late 80's early 90's F150 alloys. New rear bumper, new fuel pump, new cap, rotor, wires and plugs, new thermostatand a new stop light switch. Timing recently adjusted. Sun visors replaced as well. Original oil bath air cleaner comes with the truck as well as an electronic ignition conversion kit. All lights, gauges, instruments etc work. Wipers, horn, radio and heater work too. The only thing not currently working is the windshield washer sprayers.
Leaks a few drops of oil from the rear main but does not smoke a bit. Dent in the passenger side fender and the drivers door was replaced and very poorly painted. Crack in windshield, but it does pass Texas state inspection. Seat cushion bottom is pretty well done, but seat back looks virtually brand new. No rust, just some surface oxidizing here and there. A few pin holes in the bed where water got trapped under the bed mat.Truck has been garage kept for the last 3 years and the paint shows pretty well for its age.
I would qualify it as a daily driver condition and it is a great solid truck.
Happy to answer any questions about the truck. I bought it from the family who originally purchased it.
