2014 Ford F-450 Description

Ever have one of those days when you buy something and you later think--why did I do that? I'm 6'3" 290 with a bad and a surgically reconstructed ankle. I've driven this for about 10 days and find it to be a beautiful truck but too tall for me. I'm contemplating lowering the truck or selling the truck--thought I'd try to sell first.
