1999 ford e150 cargo van, v-6 low miles

1999 Ford E-Series Van Description

I purchased this for a contractor to do some work on my house, since he was having problems. He was unable to start the job..
I replaced the brakes all the way round, also replaced one caliper. I am having a hard time bleeding the brakes with the ABS system, I was told I need a special (very expensive) tool. I was told it was 0.80 of labor to bleed the brakes with this special tool.
I replaced the front end, lower and upper ball joints. It will need an alignment. The front tires are worn, comes with (2)replacement tires that arenot mounted.
Recent oil change and it was given a tune up.
Inspection is out at the end of May.
I was told the vehicle was a mail van and was well maintained and that is why the mileage is so low.
I have never used this vehicle but I am under the impression it is a solid vehicle and would make a good work van. I am willing to show the vehicle. Kbb is $3600
There is some body damage as pictured.. The side door is somewhat difficult to open. I feel the body damage is minor for the year. Please contact me for a showing. Thanks
