2006 Ford Mustang Stage 3 Roush Description

Seller is the original owner, car purchased new in late 2006 from Suburban Ford in Waterford, MI. There have not been 3 owners. This Mustang is Road Race "Track Ready" for Club and Lapping Use. It has the custom ROUSH Dark Gray/Light Gray Interior as well as all ROUSH STAGE III componets installed by ROUSH and delivered to the dealer for retail sale. CUSTOM FEATURES:
1. New smaller supercharger pulley, increases HP to about 500. Work done by Roush.
2. Replaced OEM Roush racing stripe decals because they did not have a clear coat and were failing, so custom racing stripes in real paint with a bit more flare and a more stylish look were added.
3. Installed custom instruments on top of dash, Oil Pressure, Water Temp and Oil Temp. The OEM Ford gauges are delayed for about 30 seconds before they tell you what is happening and that was unacceptable. Work done by Roush.
4. Installed a "fully baffled Road Race" oil pan since the OEM pan will starve of oil in big sweeping turns and you can damage the engine. The OEM pan is only good for drag racing. Work done by Roush. They did not put an OEM oil temp sender in the pan so there is a dash message.
5. Replaced Clutch with new HP clutch, added 5 point seat belts, a roll bar and a fire ext. on the passenger side floor. Work done by Rahagen Racing in Westlan, MI. Rehagen is a Mustang Racing shop that supports a number of drivers. At one time they supported Jack Roush’s daughter.
6. The car has been on track only once at Gingerman Raceway in South Haven, MI. It performed great, very neutral, fast, and great brakes, a nice ride.
7. Minor accident on I-80 in WY. (Car fax). Car hit a 20 lb steel farm tractor gear that fell of a pickup truck. Drove car back to Michigan and replaced left front wheel and tire, brake caliper and left side of front bumper and repainted.
8. Car has been serviced on schedule and is in excellent condition.
