Clean, inspect, and measure all parts, magnaflux, grind and polished crankshaft. Maganflux and rebuilt connecting rods. Install piston to rods and check alignment. Inspect and magnaflux block decks, install cam bearings, and freeze plugs, prep and clean block. Prep, clean and rebuild cylinder heads. Replaced all guides, seats, machined guide tops for posi-seals. Cut and shape 3 angles’ on seats, grind valves, reface decks, check spring tension and reassemble. Clean and install oil pan. Reassembled entire engine, painted primed oil system and installed intake manifold, carb, manifold fittings, water pump, fuel pump, crank pulley, install and time distributor.

Engine kit: 10:1 Pistons, Hasting Moly Rings, Clivite Main Bearings, Cam Bearings, Fel-Pro Gaskets, Brass Plugs, Melling Torque Camshaft, lifters and timing set, HP oil pump, pick-up screen and pump drive shaft, SBI 16 push-rods, 16 rocker-arm kits, balls and nuts, 16 valve springs, ARP rod bolts.
