2008 Ford E-350 4X4 6.0 Powerstroke
2008 Ford E-Series Van Description
Bullet proof 6.0 Powerstroke Diesel 4x4 camper van with a 4 inch lift (four wheel drive components are from a 2006 Ford F-350). Aftermarket Fox Racing suspension, Dual fox steering stabilizers, Exhaust, red head powersteering gearbox. custom rear bumper. Last year (15,000 miles ago) the motor was completely gone through. All parts were bought through bullet proof diesel.New Oem Turbo, Head gaskets, arp head studs, rocker carrier gaskets, stand pipes, dummy plugs, thermostat, fuel injector o rings, egr cooler, oil cooler, upgraded fuel pressure regulator (blue spring mod), coolant filter.. ect.. I am sure I am forgetting a whole heap of other miscellaneous parts as no corners were cut rebuilding the motor. While the motor was apart the heads were also taken to machine shop and completely rebuilt. The interior is clean and feels like home, completely insulated for weekend ski trips. Sleeps 2 (64"x44"bed), Seats belts for 2 with unrestrained seating for 2-3 more in the rear. Wallace EC Duo diesel stove/cabin heater (draws directly from diesel tank until 1/4 tank so no need for propane). 120v Tripp lite APS750 inverter/charger with shore power connection. All accessories are powered by an 12v deep cycle house battery system that is isolated from the starting batteries with a Blue Sea ML-ACR isolation Relay. Bluetooth phone system, dvd, cd, pandora, mp3 and iphone compatible Pioneer in dash sound system with alpine amp powering alpine speakers and 12inch subwoofer. Power windows, doors, AC, Backup sensor (with dash override switch), tow package, electronic brake controller and remote starting system. LED cabin lights, bamboo floors, tongue and grove cedar walls, laminate counter tops with a raised lip on edge to stop things from sliding all over. Front seats are captains chairs and spin to face the rear. Van was converted to 4x4 by original owner at 22k miles, I am the 4th owner I love every thing about the van minus the length of the bed. I bought with the interior complete and being 6'5" is just to long for the bed. All motor work was done while I owned it thinking I was going to keep it forever but I work on the road and stay in it for to long of periods to have a bed to short for me. I do not need to get rid of it just would love some one else to get a great van and I can build the Interior I want in my next one. Own a clean, reliable, and comfortable(for most) basic camper van. I did sleep in it a few days this winter and the heater keeps it plenty warm in there!! Park it on any ski mountain and have a slope side condo on wheels! Windshield is Cracked right now Due to cold weather and check engine light is currently on with a p1635 error which means the speedometer is of due to incorrect tire size. I can have repaired before sold just requires new tune. Never bothered me. Brand new bf goodrich T/A KO2 less than 1000 miles on them.
