Sure enough, Thunderbirds outsold Corvettes in the first year at 16,155 to Chevy's mere 700. 1957 remained a strong year for the Ford T-Bird, outselling Corvette thanks to price as well as a significant restyling including tail fins and an overall new body shape. As seen with this fine example, the car's rare Dusk Rose paint compliments both the removable white hard top and the white wall tires set upon stock wire wheels. Brilliant chrome front and rear bumpers add that touch of class synonymous with the T-Bird brand.
