1982 Ford F-150 Description

Up for auction is a nice 1982 F150 XLT. It has a 302 that runs great with new carburetor. Its showing 78493 miles and I truly believe this is the original miles on the truck.The fuel pump may be bad because no gas is getting to the carb. The only way it will run is by pouring fuel into the carb to keep it running. When it was drivable the transmission needed to be manually shifted and it drove great. If you put it in drive it would not shift properly. The truck has great brakes and drives great. the cruise worked fine. Don't know if the AC was working but its all there. The paint has wore spots and minor surface rust no rust holes. It has 5 good tires with lots of tread remaining,tiresarealmost new. New exhaust.The body is solid and has only the dent on the roof that's noticeable. Ithas duel gas tanks and I've been told that the switch between the tanks may be bad and that's whyits not getting fuel to the carb.Have a new project and don't have time to work on the truck any more. Tail gate handle is broken.This will make someone a reallynice truck with just a little work. Bidders with 0 ornegative feed back will be blocked. Truck is sold as is and will have to be trailered.
