New plugs to cover antenna holes light bar hole.

Car will come with full size used snow tire goodyear, some new parts such a set of brake parts, license bracket, some used trim pieces, unity light parts, tail lights spare grills etc.

This car was used by city of Chicago number 8148 same number used by 1:24 scale model of a 1999 Chicago car a model will be included with a shop manual set.
