2004 Ford Escape XLT 4x4 option - needs work

2004 Ford Escape Description

selling this 2004 escape that's been in our family since 20,000 miles. It's been an excellent vehicle for us, but now needs work. It's still drivable though I believe it needs new brakes. There are a number of wear/tear items normal with a 13 year old car. I also want to mention other items I know of; back lift gate glass door - one of the brackets is broke so fix, or just don't open the glass door (we just used the whole back door). The side interior door (see picture) - padding started to come off years ago so dad rigged it with screws :(. Tires are good - V6 engine...has a switch to turn on the 4x4 option but we never used...was fine for us in snow with regular front-wheel drive...might add more info later if I think of it
