Up for auction is a 1949 Ford Panel Truck. This truck had a frame up restoration started but due to illness had not been completed. Currently the truck is in my garage but with so many other projects I just don't have time to complete.
The truck is very solid and had a lot of work done prior.
At this point the truck is a rolling chassis, engine is running, trans and clutch hooked up but no drive shaft. The doors, hood, fenders, grill, have been removed and in storage. All of the sheet metal is ready for sanding, prime and paint. The body work on the sheet metal has been done and everything was painted the yellow color but has aged and probably should be repainted unless you are looking for that look.
Also have a Ford 9" rear that will go with the truck as I picked it up to put in but again don't have the time. NEED THE SPACE IN THE GARAGE SO IT MUST GO
You will need glass, rubber products, finish wiring, etc but it will definitely be a KOOL vehicle when done.
Have the following:
Running Boards, Front Seats, Front Fenders, Front Grill, Front Doors, Rear Doors, Latch Mechanism, Regulators, Gas Tank, plus many other parts for the truck. They are all stored inside
Thanks for looking and good luck with the auction.
Just bought a new bass boat and need the space for it in the garage, otherwise I would finish the project.
