We have been a licensed Automobile Dealership in Philadelphia, PA. for the past eighteen years. We are primarily an Auto Wholesale Operation supplying other dealerships, and we are now listing select vehicles for sale to the public as well. This is a well maintained 2011 Ford E250 XLT Cargo Van with the Quigley 4X4 drivetrain. This Van was owned since new by an oil consulting and surveying company based in Texas. It has been under a full service/maintenance contract since new, and was just serviced less than three weeks ago. This Van is also equipped with power windows/locks/mirrors, tilt wheel, cruise control, the 5.4L V8 engine, and the heavy duty towing package with electric tow brake.

This E250 runs excellent. The engine runs very strong and smoothly. The transmission shifts perfectly and the Four-Wheel-Drive operates properly. There are four brand new tires on this Van, and the brakes are in excellent condition. The oil & filters were also replaced this week. This Van is ready for immediate pickup and use without the need for any service or maintenance.

The exterior looks terrific. The White paint is super glossy and brilliant with only a few minor imperfections. There isn’t any body rust, and some of the undercarriage is dirty because its been to off-road drilling sites, but in great shape otherwise. The bumpers and alloy wheels are bright and clean. The interior is not beat up or damaged. The fabric seats are in very good condition without any rips or holes. The flooring and carpeting issuper clean throughout without any damage. This Van has fully insulated interior side panels and headliner. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren't any smoke odors or burn marks inside.

The vehicle history report is clean without any accident or damage history. We have the clear title in hand. This is a great looking, and excellent running Van and I wouldn’t hesitate to jump in this E250 to drive it anywhere in the country.

PAYMENT:

A 10% deposit (minimum $500) is due 24 hours of auction completion. We accept Paypal for the deposit only. The balance is due within seven days. Pickup of the vehicle is within ten days of auction completion.

The acceptable methods of payment are Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, Direct Deposit or Cash in person. We do not offer financing. Deposit down payments are non refundable. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms.

WARRANTY:

This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles.

The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. There will be no liens or encumbrances on the title. The stated odometer reading is within +/- 500 miles.

PICK-UP:

Please check with us before scheduling your vehicle pickup.We are not a retail dealership, so it is very important to coordinate your arrival with us before finalizing your plans. We are available from 8AM to 3PM weekdays, and are closed on weekends.

We are approximately 15-minutes from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), the Amtrak 30th Street Train Station, and the Greyhound Philadelphia Bus Station. We may be able to pick you up at any of these terminals, so please inquire if interested.

REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES:

Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs.

Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own.

Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received.

All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter).

We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends. We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
