This is a completely custom built 1996 Ford Mustang GT Convertible. 38K Original Miles
The engine is a 5.4L Supercharged Lightning engine transplanted from a 2003 Ford F-150 Lightning. The engine was factory rebuilt in 2011 and has 15K miles on it.
I have not had the car on a dyno, but the stock specs for this engine is 380 HP and 450 Lb-FT of torque.
The transmission is a Ford AOD automatic that was built by ART CARR RACING with triple disc converter and full billet interior.
Custom Upgrades Include: Magnaflow high flow exhaust, Ford Limited Slip rear differential, rear driveline hangers, Custom frame stiffeners, Brembro brakes with vented discs, Adjustable Front shocks for road and track use, 17" Cobra R wheels, New Michelin Z-rated tires, Saleen body kit, custom tuning by Hypertech, and custom paint.
This car is extremely fast and fun to drive. It is in excellent condition in and out.
The car comes with both the stock matching hood and a new fiberglass replacement hood with a 4" raised wide cowel. This is a very driveable toy that is NOT finished. It needs a new owner that can put the finishing touches on and enjoy.
I have not had the time or desire to finish the hood fit and my life is transitioning into new things so the car must go. It spends all of its time under cover in my garage.
Over $20,000.00 invested into this build and I am offereing it for less than half that investment.
