1998 Ford Explorer XLT Description

I'm selling our 1998 Ford Explorer with very low miles for the year. It's in really nice condition both inside and out. Exterior paint looks great, the headlights are still (not foggy like so many older vehicles). Interior carpet looks like new, leather seats don't have any tears or cracks, and the dash has been protected by a cover for as long as we've owned it. See some of the highlights and known issues you should consider as you bid.
Pros•Low miles (just went over 100k•Body straight (no accidents)•Paint and clear coat still shines•Headlights clear•Interior looks fantastic•Dash, door panels, and trim look new•Leather upholstery in great shape•AC super cold•No rust•No leaks•Just passed smog last month no problem
Cons•Cigarette lighter doesn’t work (never used, maybe fuse)•Needs wheel alignment•Windshield wiper water spay motor doesn’t work•Overdrive light was blinking from time to time (currently not)•Needs new floor mats•Front bumper valance missing ($60 part if wanted replaced)•Radio, cassette tape, and CD player works but lights on head unit not working
I have a commute to work and need to find a vehicle that gets 30+ MPG. Love this truck but it's time to sell.
