I have for sale my 2004 Ford Focus ZX3 4 cylinder 5 speed manual transmission I bought at auction. Was not running too well so I had my mechanice give it a tuneup. Engine, transmission, clutch, and vehicle operations all seem to be in good working order. I have driven the car locally and it seems okay. I am a dealer. I bought this car @ auction. I do not know it's history so I make sure to advertise it as a "no warrantees, or guarantees expressed, written, or implied" I sell it "as is" where is" and I make no representations to the condition of the vehicle Why do I do this? I just want to sell the vehicle and bypass all the drama. The car is 13 years old and I do not want to paint any type of picture, if you want to know the condition of the car please come and see it as I already told you here what I know of the car. Your winning bid is a contract to buy, not an exclusive appointment to tire kick.
