I have teamed up with Adventure Auto Sales, a licensed CA dealer as a sales representative to offer cars on eBay. Adventure Auto Sales has been in business since 1996 and I've been a licensed CA sales representative since 1990. We scour the auctions, sometimes hundreds and even thousands of cars at the CA auctions to find the best cars and trucks to offer to our potential clients. We can't get the best ones at the lowest prices but we do offer them with a minimum of mark up to give you the best car or truck for the money. This truck is hard to find, very few Flare Side FX4's available, you see one once in a while on eBay.

This truck is very clean, it has a few scratches and a couple of very hard to find dings so it is in very good condition. The Car Fax shows it with a typo in the mileage but we have a clear title with "Verified Mileage" branded on it as of 1/11/17. The body and frame are free from any rust issues. I couldn't see any body panels that didn't have original paint, there is a small touch up spot on the drivers bedside that I took a close up of.

The interior is very clean. little wear on the drivers side lower bolster and a small tear in the passenger seat as pictured. The rest of the interior is in impressive condition for a 2006, I say this because it's nicer than my 08 Explorer. Even the steering wheel isn't delaminated. I didn't detect and signs of a smoker or pets.

The engine is the most desirable 5.4L, it has the very reliable ZF6 transmission that came out in 06. The engine itself runs excellent, it looks like someone replaced the timing chains and cam phasers because the timing cover and valve covers have sealant around them and have been painted separately from the rest of the engine. I can't verify that but I've replaced them on my Explorer so it would be the only reason for those covers to have been off. The 4wd engages fine, no funny noises when engaged. There are no leaks that I could see underneath, I included a picture. Passed CA smog w/ certificate.

The original books are with the truck, it has the jack in place under the back seat and it appears to have the original spare! The tires are Yokohama YK-FTX, over 50% tread and expensive tires so it rides smooth.

Terms and Conditions Of The Auction

The winning bidder agrees to provide a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction, the balance is due within 10 days. The balance is to be paid through a Bank Wire Transfer, Loan Check or Cashiers Check. All funds MUST clear the bank before delivery. Please don't bid if your funds are not readily available, if you are applying for a loan please give the bank ample time for an inspection.

The auction is to purchase a car, the winning bidder is entering a contract to purchase this car and not to look it over after the purchase, please arrange any inspections before auction end. Ask all questions necessary to make a decision before auction end.

All buyers will pay a $75 documentation fee to prepare the documents of the sale. California residents must pay sales tax and licensing fees to dealer on the winning bid amount, out of state buyers are responsible for paying applicable taxes in their home state, you will receive all document to transfer the vehicle in your home state. Out of state buyers must have vehicle transported or pay California tax, a temporary operating permit can be obtained by you from the CA DMV at your cost if desired. All Buyers MUST complete Report Of Sale forms, and all other CA required dealer paperwork.

The vehicle is "Sold As-Is", you're welcome to view and/or have it inspected it before the end of auction. The buyer Is responsible for verifying to their satisfaction all information stated In This Ad. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We will help you arrange shipping, it is at your expense. We can pick you up at the Fresno airport also.
