This van is a 1-owner commercial fleet vehicle previously used to do garage door installation and service. The van is a unique cab and chassis setup with a 9 foot enclosed roll back Knapheide box, external service boxes and a welder/torch platform in between the cab and box. It's setup with a huge utility rack, dual rear wheels, and the rest is all pretty basic work setup. The van runs out well, has been through our shop, the general condition is pretty good and it's work ready. If you're after a heavy service van and don't have a fortune to spend this is a sound choice with a long ways to go yet.

The paint and body on this van is presentable. It's a work vehicle and not new, but it's straight overall with just normal wear and tear. The van has been in Colorado since day one and hasn't seen road salt, so no rust. There's no obvious damage, wheels have been touched up and look fine, tires have fair but not new tread, there's no cracks in the glass, doors open and shut fine, and box is fine for work. The doors on the box all open fine except the right rear one in the bumper, we have a set of keys for the boxes. We've shown the condition of them inside as we received them, but have also since rolled the floors with an epoxy paint we use on commercial vehicles that cleans them up nicely. (Just the floors in the boxes.) The van has normal marks and scuffs on the box, light fade, etc, we touched up a little surface rust on the rear bumper and it looks fine, rack paint has also been touched up. It wasn't ugly when it came in, just need a little freshening up.

The interior is just the same. It's pretty basic, not much to break. It does have a backup camera that functions well which is nice because there's no back window in the cab for obvious reasons. The air blows cold, heat works, upholstery looks decent, etc. We removed the seating for cleaning and it's clean to ride in inside.

This van came in operating well and didn't need too much. It was basically used for service up until the day they upgraded to a new van. It's our understanding the transmission was replaced with a Ford reman unit a few months ago, but they couldn't provide receipts for us. The fluid does look nice and red and van shifts great. The front end is fairly tight, it drives straight down the road, motor sounds good, no warning lights on the dash, and no drivability issues. These vans are very tough and this one has been under good service regimen. It has very decent mileage and should be good for a long while to come yet. misc
