2001 Ford Explorer Description

2001 Ford explorer Motor turns over but won't start. Has been sitting for quite a while. I thought I was going to mess with but need to move on. Battery is no good. The back Quarter panel is damaged ( See Pix ) I have a complete Quarter panel to replace it. I have had it for years and loved it, it's been with me to Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, etc. Tag is out of date, will sign paperwork that states that it hasn't been on the road. Not totally sure on millage ( dead battery )
