There are some small dimples in the passenger side rear fender where the previous owner relocated the battery to the trunk and didn't initially secure it. Body is straight and in good shape. The paint looks good from afar, but up close you can see the flaws. It'll be a good time to put a fresh coat of paint on it when you smooth out the rear fender dimples. (I intended to do that after I bought it, but I had to immediately sink $5000 into the engine after I got it home.) Interior has the front seats from the 95 GT and the rear is original style. There's a little slack in the steering, but with the power steering, it's still nicer to drive than my other '65 Mustang that has manual steering. THIS Mustang has over $25,000 in it and I'm losing my @$$ on it, but this one doesn't get driven much and I wantthe garage space back. The car is over 50 years old. It has some nice upgrades to it, butif you have never had a classic vehicle before and expect it to drive like your 2016 Honda Accord, you will be disappointed. Come drive it before you buy it if you want.
Delivery is available for a fee based on 1-way mileage.
Look at all the pictures, read the description, feel free to ask questions or come look at it in Midland, TX. If I can figure out how to send you a video of it running, I'll do so upon request. I have the notebook from where the previous owner did the restomod conversion.
The reserve isSIGNIFICANTLY less than what I've got in it. I've never listed it with a reserve so low, but please don't ask what my reserve is. I won't answer those messages. I don't think it's in the best interest of the seller to disclose the reserve and bidding semi-blind is part of the fun of eBay!
