2000 Ford Windstar Cargo Van 3-Door Description

I am selling this vehicle for my parents (it was taken as partial payment as rent on one of their rental properties). I do not know any specific details except the battery and alternator are both brand new. The previous owner said that a rebuilt motor was installed within the last 50k miles (however I have no paperwork to confirm or deny this). I do know that the vehicle does need a tune up (my presumption would be from setting for the last year). I am selling this vehicle AS-IS with no written or implied warranty.
