Ford Escape 2005 XLT - $5500 - 131,999 miles
Purchased in 2012 with 97,000 miles on it. Reliable and runs without any issue. I bought it at the time because I wanted my vehicle to fit everything I owned inside (bachelor at purchase). There is a spacious trunk that doubles when the back row folds down.
Selling now to purchase a mini-van - Escape driven once/twice a week - highway miles - non smoker - no accidents.
All the maintenance is caught up. In the last two years we have replaced brake pads, tie rods, fuel pump, fuel relay, and alternator. I have oil change and maintenance records to show upon request.
Cosmetic defects: There is a fist sized dent in the rear diver side quarter panel (there when I bought it). There are a few threads extending out of the fabric. Missing 1 back row headrest.
Upgrades: Pioneer stereo: Bluetooth, Spotify, MP3 enabled; comes with build in microphone.
The V6 has great get up and go. The AWD automatically enables when wheels slip. Our family is outgrowing this car, but if we need to keep it we definitely would. I'll admit to being a slightly reluctant seller - its been a great vehicle for us.
