1973 Ford Mustang Convertible 351 Cleveland with C6 Automatic.
Up for auction is a nice 1973 Mustang convertible (Q-code) loaded with options. The Q-code engine has been replaced with a 1973 351 Cleveland 2V engine. The original C6 automatic transmission along with an 9" 3.25:1 locking rear axle are still in the car. The car has been in storage for several years and will need some restoration. The car runs and drives with good brakes but does need some steering linkage repair. The rear quarters are the originals and have had some repair done previously. Both doors and fenders have some rust. The floor pans have also had some repair in the past and could use some additional repair. The torque boxes and rear frame rails look to be solid. The LH fender and inner structure is rusted along bolt flange. The car has a nice black deluxe interior with bucket seats, instrumentation group, tachometer and console. The drivers bucket seat have some tears and the track is broke. The black power top is tore but in good working condition. The glass is all the original and in good condition including the convertible top glass. This is a good complete 1973 Mustang convertible that needs some restoration. The VIN plate, door tag are still attached to this car. I have a clean title for the car. Please do not hesitate to ask questions or for the additional pictures of the car.
I have several other pictures that focus on all areas of the car in detail that I will be glad to send anyone that is interested. The car is also available for inspection.
