2005 Ford E-Series Van Food Truck Description

This 2005 Ford E350 Food Truck has 153k miles, automatic transmission, A/C, power steering, 2 seats in the front cab and a pass-through to the 10" x 6" kitchen area.
This vehicle is fully electronic -- it contains no propane. It has a EU6500 watt, super quiet Honda generator (w/remote start) and 2 battery banks, each powering a 4000 watt inverter. The vehicle is equipped with a high-output Mechman alternator which charges both battery banks, supporting a continuous output of 1500 watts at each inverter simultaneously.
The mobile kitchen uses a 2.5 gal. hot water tank, a 40 gallon potable water tank, and a 50 gal. waste tank, and is equipped with a small 3 compartment sink and hand sink. The vehicle is equipped with plenty of refrigeration -- it has 3 refrigerators. Aside from cooking equipment, there is also a large hot box on board, capable of hot-holding 4 full size hotel pans. Easy-fill ports make filling the potable water and generator (gas) easy and there is easy access to the waste water disposal valve.
The service window is 55" x 36" and has a screen insert, and there is a small Frigidaire A/C unit mounted in the rear of the kitchen area. Also included are a full size spare tire and 2 ton jack (secured inside the vehicle), and a backup camera (to make parking easy).
The point of sale system is set up to work seamlessly with an iPad (we use the Square Register app)
This vehicle was built to work in DC - it easily passed original DCRA, Fire and DOH inspections.
