All ELECTRIC 2012 FORD Transit Connect VAN wont charge, wi good cells parts

Thanks for looking at my listingfirs, I am Steve woodruf, owner of AutoBeYours we repair hybrids... usually prius carsthis van was mine when it had zero miles back in 2012I bought it from the Azure dynamics bankruptcy auction.
we sold it to Davi, who has enjoyed it until a few months ago when it stopped accepting a chargehe brought it here, and we installed the pack into another van that David drove home.
so what we have here for sale is a van with two problems

the pack that is included has 22 miles on it but wont communicate with the van

the van wont charge a known good pack

we assume you need a charge controller or a charger or some other partwe assume you need a battery computer or computers
the van will run and drive with a charged pack we drove it on May 24th 2016( remember we then took the pack out)
you get a spare battery pack with fire damage for parts also
please look at the dent in the roof of the van, it hit a garage door that was not all the way up
this is a no reserve auction! if you make a bid, you may own the van.no gimmicks.
